The Chillicothe City Schools Early Childhood Education Program was established in January of 1991 and was the first Public Preschool in Ross County.
The program has three classrooms with a total of 54 students.
The Ohio Department of Education Office of Early Learning and School Readiness license our program. Our ratio is 14/1 for our classes, which are for children that are four years old.
All of our teachers are licensed by the Ohio Department of Education and are trained in Communicable Disease, First Aid/CPR and Child Abuse.
We follow The Creative Curriculum, which is aligned with the Early Learning and Development Standards.
