Relationships, rigor, routines: responsibilities, resiliance, and results. There is much more to education than the traditional 3Rs. During the annual back to school welcome, Superintendent Jon Saxton, School Board President Steve Mullins, and others welcomed staff back and teachers were encouraged to plan to make a difference. We will help students develop confidences and learn that taking risks is part of the growth mindset. Don't get discouraged: look at problems and challenges as opportunities to find solutions.
CCSD staff and administration are looking at solutions and plans, learning from past mistakes, and moving forward. We are welcoming the new year with anticipation and excitement: it's a year to build relationships and learn to accept our responsibilities: it's GREAT to be a Cavalier!
