Worthington’s 4th graders learned about Antarctica from someone who spent time there.  Mr. Mark Virgin, an OUC student observer, regaled the students with first hand knowledge of the trials of living and working in the frozen tundra.  Mr. Virgin explained to students how he worked for a company in Antarctica for several months.  It was a very informative presentation and a once in a lifetime opportunity for Worthington students.  Thank you Mr. Virgin for the wonderful experience!!
