The staff from across the district gathered on Monday, August 20th to begin preparing for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. This year the back to school message was delivered predominately by the students from across our district. From High School Senior to 5th grader, staff members received the message that included “what you are doing is important, what you are doing you are doing well, and you matter to us, your students. It’s about the relationships you build with us, your students.” Check out the photos of the students delivering their message. Also present to kick off the year were CCSD Board of Education President Randy Drewyor and Chillicothe Mayor Jack Everson – both CHS Alumni who pointed out some of the areas that make our district unique. They both lead the charge with the importance of continuing and growing The Leader in Me programming. Have a great year — It’s ALL about the kids!
