Chillicothe Intermediate School -

On Friday, January 16th, Jonah and Lilah Burns presented their inventions at the Ohio Statehouse as part of the celebration for National Kid Inventor Day. 👩‍🔬🧑‍🔬 Jonah and Lilah received commendations from the Ohio Senate and Senator Shane Wilkin for their work on their projects. They will compete at Invention Convention Nationals in June of 2026 in Michigan.

Chillicothe City School District is closed for the remainder of the week! We hope to welcome students back on Monday, February 2nd!

This Friday, January 16th, we’re proud to support the Chillicothe Winter Guard!
A portion of proceeds (all day on Friday) will go directly toward helping these talented athletes shine.

We are so proud of the students who ride our Lizard Bus, as well as extremely grateful for our fantastic transportation personnel!

All students return to school on Wednesday, January 7th. We hope everyone is well-rested and ready to kickoff the second semester of the 2025/2026 school year!
