This weekend was the Ohio University Honor Band and we were proud to have 4 students participate. Congratulations to Yohan Abreu, Elijah Frizzell, Benton Meyers, and Jacey Stephens. Benton and Jacey participated in the Festival Symphonic Band under the direction of Dr. Richard Suk and Yohan and Elijah participated in the Festival Wind Symphony under the direction of Dr. William Talley. Special congratulations to Elijah for his first chair placement!

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Ross County Elks Hoop Shoot Contest! Our Cavaliers rose to the occasion and made us proud!
In the 8-9 Division, Gigi Trotter took 1st place, and Bentley Queen placed 3rd.
In the 10-11 Division, Victor Hall came in at 2nd place.
Finally, in the 12-13 Division, Joshua Strong brought home 1st place!

Our Atomic Credit Union Student-Run Branch is off to an incredible start this year—already reaching our goal and earning the Cash Machine incentive! Chillicothe STEM offers an aeronautics progression to students through the VOICE component. 🛫 🚁
Check out the first course, offered in kindergarten, Flyers and Gliders in Nature. Students learn about seeds that glide and birds that fly, and explore how aeronautics is based off of these principles and observations. 🙌 💙
